Meredith Tromble makes installations, drawings, digital works, texts, and performances, often in collaboration. Her work has appeared at venues ranging from Ars Electronica, Linz, Austria and Glasgow School of the Arts, Scotland to the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, San Francisco; Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, Davis; National Academy of Sciences, Washington, D.C.; BioBAT Art Space, Brooklyn; Pratt Manhattan Gallery, New York; and the Odyssey Theater, Los Angeles. She is also the author or editor of many publications on art, professor emeritus of Interdisciplinary Studies/Art & Technology at the San Francisco Art Institute, and affiliate artist at the UCD Feminist Research Institute. Her studio is in Oakland, California.
